The British Prime Minister and Dr Liam Fox MP Expressed their Continued Support at the Abraham Accords 2nd Anniversary Event

The British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and Dr Liam Fox MP spoke at an event in London organised by the UK Abraham Accords Group, in partnership with The Board of Deputies of British Jews and ELNET UK, to commemorate the 2nd anniversary of the historic accords. We were pleased to present the ambassadors of the UAE, Israel, Bahrain, and Morocco with awards to mark the occasion and to celebrate their countries' leadership in taking such significant steps towards peace in the Middle East.

We were honoured to be joined by Prime Minister Rishi Sunak who addressed this historic event. Our chair, The Rt Hon Dr Liam Fox MP, said; "This is the first time a British Prime Minister has stood up at a gathering like this and given the commitment of the United Kingdom to the success of these Accords."

We were also pleased to welcome HE Reem Al Hashimy, UAE Minister of State for International Cooperation, HE Dr Ali Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Defense Affairs, Interior & Foreign Affairs Committee at the UAE's Federal National Council, and HE Zayed Alzayani, Bahraini Minister of Industry and Commerce, alongside 250 other esteemed and valued guests.

The UK Abraham Accords Group continues to advocate for peace in the Middle East and we hope to celebrate many more anniversaries such as this in the future.
